Regal Travel's website wins Website of the Year award


Regal Travel's Website Wins Website of the Year at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards 2018.

In an event compared by comedian Rob Beckett, TUSOW’s winning website for Regal Travel centred on the strategy of tailoring holidays to customers’ personalities, helping the travel agency redefine its proposition and reach a wider range of holidaymakers.

Based on six original holiday personalities from Beach Breezers to City Explorers and Foodie Adventurers, the website features a moving image background and a page devoted to each personality—showcasing original written copy, imagery and offers tailored to each persona. The narrative of the website revolves around Regal Travel's tight knit team and years of experience, celebrating the company as the epicentre of local communities in South Wales.

The original concept proved a winner with a panel of expert industry judges, and more importantly with the established travel agency who has now been operating for over 37 years.

TUSOW's web design and build for Regal Travel was part of a rebrand conducted last year, which also included new signage and an updated logo, the Holidays for Personalities campaign, as well as new print and digital collateral. The project was underpinned by strategy designed to renovate the brand's image and target a wider audience, while drawing the travel agency even closer to the local communities it serves.
