TUSOW brought a great cause to life online with a fresh website
TUSOW partnered up with founders of Soulstice, to bring the summer festival supporting Young Minds and RNLI charities to life.
Soulstice Festival is the brainchild of brothers Jamie and George, who set up the inaugural event in memory of a schoolfriend who tragically passed away in a motorboat accident in 2012. In aid of RNLI and Young Minds, the festival brings together a vibrant mix of upcoming Funk, Soul, and Disco artists.
TUSOW took on the exciting task of creating a website that celebrated the great cause, and that promoted the event, which is in its beginnings. We accentuated and developed the identity of the summer charity festival, focusing on a light and positive colour palette while also showcasing the upcoming artists involved.
Jamie and George feature on the new responsive website, their message taking centre stage. We created a fun illustration of the brothers, which serve as the visual highlight of the About page. The charity event’s main stage line-up were also given prominence through individual illustrations that pay homage to Northen Soul badges—tying in with the visual identity of summer nostalgia.
Designed on an infinite scroll layout, the website allows new visitors to browse effortlessly and move between pages seamlessly. In addition, the format allowed the brothers’ message to stand out, and serve as a flexible framework as the festival grows and gains traction in coming years.
The new website gave Soulstice Festival a tangible identity and new points of contact, creating a great basis for the event to grow in the future. It has been our pleasure to support and bring the valuable cause to life online—we can’t wait to see the festival take off in the near future.
